Fees and Policies for Consultation
Consultation Fees:
Informational consultation (15 mins): Free
Initial consultation (1½-2 hours): $150
Follow up consultation (30 mins): $55
Acute consultation: $25 per 15 mins
This includes all homeopathic remedies, and brief check in calls as required to track remedy response. Any additional supplements (herbs, gemmotherapy tinctures, cell salts, flower essences) are charged if provided by my office, or can be obtained independently by the client from health food stores, etc.
General Policies Regarding Fees, Payment and Scheduling:
Payment: The client is responsible for payment of all fees at the time of service. Cash and checks are accepted. A $30 fee will be charged for any check returned unpaid.
Cancellations: If it is necessary to cancel/reschedule an appointment, notification must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments missed or cancelled late represent time that was scheduled for the client, and will be charged the full fee.
Interim Support: Brief check-ins, by phone or email, will be scheduled between the client and homeopathic consultant in-between follow up appointments.
Email: Clients can email New Leaf Homeopathy, LLC at newleafnh@gmail.com for scheduling, questions or other non-urgent topics. Email can also be used for check-ins, if agreed upon by homeopath and client.
Off-Site Consultation: Clients who are unable to come to my office can schedule a consultation by phone or video conferencing.
